Emerald Forest Properties Testimonials

I just wanted to take a second to let people know what a great job Emerald Forest Properties did for us. We wanted a property that wasn’t the beach front thing that most folks want. You see there is a well kept secret about Costa Rica…… The beach is not the best part! We loved the beaches here, but the thing is it’s Hot at the beach. But there is an area of Costa Rica that’s not and if you love the mountains it’s the place for you! You’re still just a short trip to the beaches anytime you want to go, but if you own property in the mountains you can head home to paradise anytime you’re ready and leave the heat and sand behind! Some of the properties we saw looked like the Garden of Eden. The temperature is great, tropical with a cool breeze but not at all the oppressively hot of the beach areas. The mountains in Costa Rica are more gorgeous than any I’ve seen in the states. Costa Rica has the mountain streams plus palm trees and exotic fruits! If you love wildlife, bird watching and growing things this is really the place for you. Orchids in the trees with some of the most diverse wild life you could hope to see. Parrots, Toucans and humming birds abound. Then on top of that throw in some of the friendliest people in the world and you have real Southern (Very Southern) hospitality.

Brad and Roy got right on looking for the right properties for us. They made every effort to match us up with the right agents for what we wanted and boy did they ever work hard for us. Gricelda and Astrid pulled out all the stops to find what we wanted!

They started looking before we even arrived in Costa Rica and had great stuff to show us. We looked at some great places, but then we found it! A mountain stream with everything we were looking for. When we found the property the Emerald Forest Folks got right on tying up all the lose ends and getting things nailed down. These people work hard for you. They can also put you in contact with the people you need to work out all the logistics on your move and put you on the inside track on where to find the deals on the things you’ll need. I’m convinced that these are the people to deal with in Costa Rica and would recommend them to my best friend!

Dear Brad and Roy:
Gary and I want to thank you so much for your very generous hospitality. We stayed at the guest hosue for a week, but we feel like we have known you forever. You are two of the nicest people we've ever met, and feel truly blessed to be able to live in the house that you put so much love in. I just forwarded the pictures on to my son, and if ytou have any more (of the grounds, etc, that would be great.) It is so hot here - 95 degrees, i can't wait to move to Costa Rica.

We moved back to Costa Rica, after living 10 years abroad. We were looking for that SPECIAL place!!! I was lucky enough to meet Faith, who showed me around may properties....as she was doing so, she noticed everything I said....She knew, after a couple of hours what i was looking for, was not easy to find...but she was relentless to search for my piece of paradise!!! Two days later she called me very excited and said: "I have found your paradise!!" So off we went, and I was speechless, she had found what I thought was non-existent in Costa Rica.... the house and property of my dreams....to the T!!
