   Each year thousands of woman and men flock to Costa Rica to take advantage of Costa Rica’s low cost, high end superior cosmetic surgery, dentistry, and lasik eye surgery. Many of the Emerald Forest Properties clients have surgeries while they are here looking for a retirement spot and real estate. EFP so often asked about this procedure that we asked to join in on one of the procedures so that we could report to you on our findings.

   Why Costa Rica?

   Jolene Harris a 71 year old from Dallas, Texas has allowed us to use her before and after photos, as well as her story so that we could see the process and report to the Emerald Forest clients what we witnessed. Ms. Harris consulted with a cosmetic surgeon in Dallas for a full face lift and some lip work. She was quoted $17,500.00 including an overnight hospital stay.
Ms. Harris arrives in Costa Rica on a Monday scouts around to see what was available to her and chooses her doctor, a Cuban professional out of Alajuela. Wednesday she goes in at 8 A.M. and is out by 4 P.M. to go to her recovery center. Emerald Forest Properties was allowed to monitor this patient so that we could report first hand to our clients what we saw so that we may answer all questions from our experience with Ms. Harris.

   Brad Butler and Roy G. Quiros, owners of Emerald Forest Properties, were allowed in the surgery room to witness the procedure. Ms. Harris was awake through the process and we would often asked her if she was in pain and her answer was always the same, “NO!”
The first three days after the surgery Ms. Harris slept more than normal but other than that things were as usual for her. She saw the doctor three times following her surgery, and was ready to board the plane 10 days later back to Dallas with absolutely no bruising or scaring. Ms. Harris discovered the Fountain of Youth in Costa Rica and now has her friends excited about obtaining new faces as well. There are some things that money can buy and affordable surgery in Costa Rica is one of them. There is a fair price that you can put on joy and happiness?

   Lasik eye surgery is a synch and you are in and out in a day with doctors using the latest in technology and state of the art equipment.
